Business telecoms and connectivity across Scotland and the UK

Voice, broadband, and mobiles in one conversation. Cloud Guard provides business-class connectivity through partnerships with leading mobility and internet providers, so the organisation stays on the air.

Cloud Guard Technologies provides business phone systems, broadband, mobiles, and Teams calling for sites across the UK, and helps businesses move every line to digital before the PSTN switch-off.

Complete telecom services

Calls, lines, and mobiles should follow the people, not the other way around. We start from how your teams actually answer, then design the path that keeps every site connected, wherever it is in Scotland or the UK.

Voice

Reception, hunt groups, and the way a call reaches the right person. Whether that still lives on a desk phone, a hosted system, or Microsoft Teams, we treat it as one design with the rest of IT.

Broadband and site connectivity

Business-class internet for the office, a second path where downtime would hurt, and a plan for each building, rather than a home broadband line sitting in a comms cupboard.

Mobiles

Handsets and voice that travel with hybrid teams. See business mobiles, including Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Microsoft 365 calling

When identity and the phone should be the same design, pair this with Microsoft 365. One login, one set of permissions, fewer surprises.

The 2027 copper switch-off

PSTN and ISDN are being withdrawn. Alarms, lifts, payment terminals, and reception lines still hide on copper. Read the PSTN switch-off guide before you serve notice on a carrier, then we will plan the replacement with you.

Switching without a silent Friday

Keep the current service live until the new path is proven. Train the people who answer the phone. That is the same calm sequence as switching IT provider: list everything first, switch second.

Questions we are asked

Which areas do you cover?

Sites anywhere in Scotland and the rest of the UK. Tell us which buildings and which numbers must stay live. The same team looks after every site, with offices in Carluke, Glasgow, and Edinburgh.

Can this sit with Microsoft 365?

Yes. Many firms want calling, mail, and identity in one place. We will say when Teams is the right home for voice and when a separate path is kinder to reception.

What about mobiles?

Mobiles are part of the same connectivity conversation. Start on the business mobiles page if that is the urgent part.
