When is co-managed IT the right split?

Your staff stay accountable for the estate. We agree which tools, hours, and risks we take. That can include sharing a ticketing path, reviewing Microsoft 365, standing behind Security Desk playbooks, or covering holiday and peak load.

We write the split after we understand who does what today. Related: managed IT and switching provider.
